New Issue: GS Finance prices $1.33 million digital index-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 7 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.33 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due Sept. 29, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes at or above its threshold level, 75% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus 41.2% and par plus the index return.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
