New Issue: GS Finance sells $1.52 million fixed-coupon equity-linked notes on Amazon

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 2 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.52 million of 10% fixed coupon equity-linked notes due Feb. 3, 2025 linked to the shares of Amazon.com, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its 72.8% trigger buffer level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the stock from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the agent.
