New Issue: GS Finance prices $1.46 million digital notes on SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 31 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.46 million of 0% digital notes due Oct. 30, 2028 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the ETF finishes at or above its threshold level, 75% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the ETF return and 32.5%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines from its initial level.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the agents.
