Chicago, Sept. 8 – GS Finance Corp. priced $155,000 of autocallable contingent coupon index-linked notes due March 9, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 5.5% paid quarterly if the index closes at or above its 90% coupon barrier level on the related valuation date.
The securities will be called automatically at par if the level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level on any quarterly valuation date after one year.
If the index finishes at or above its 90% final barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise investors will lose 1% loss for every 1% that the index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
