New Issue: GS Finance sells $253,000 autocallable index-linked notes on Nasdaq, S&P

Chicago, Aug. 21 – GS Finance Corp. priced $253,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due March 3, 2027 tied to the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus a 12% call premium if least performing index closes at or above initial level on Feb. 26, 2024.
If the notes are not called and the least performing index finishes flat or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.72 times the return of the least performing index.
If the least performing index declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par; otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index from its initial level.
