Columbus, Ohio, July 18 – GS Finance Corp. priced $5.45 million of 0% autocallable buffered index-linked notes due July 21, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus an 10.2% annualized premium if the index closes at or above the initial index level on any quarterly call observation date after six months.
If the notes are not called and the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% loss beyond 10%.
