Buffalo, N.Y., July 7 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.04 million of 0% index-linked notes due Jan. 6, 2025 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
A trigger event will occur if the index closes above its 115% upper barrier or below its 85% lower barrier on any trading day during the life of the notes.
If a trigger event has occurred, the payout at maturity will be par plus 4%.
If a trigger event does not occur, investors will receive par plus 19.6%.
