Columbus, Ohio, May 19 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.73 million of 0% leveraged index-linked notes due June 21, 2024 tied to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the index return, up to a maximum of par plus 17.25%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the index.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
