Chicago, March 16 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.18 million of 0% absolute return trigger index-linked notes due March 13, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A barrier event will occur if the index closing level has increased or decreased from its initial level by more than 30.4% any day during the life of the notes.
If a barrier event has occurred, the payout at maturity will be par plus 4%.
If a barrier event has not occurred, the payout at maturity will be par plus the absolute value of the index return, capped at par plus 30.4%.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
