New Issue: GS Finance sells $3.75 million autocallable index-linked notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 29 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.75 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Nov. 25, 2025 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a 11.6% annualized call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual valuation date.

If the notes are not called and the index gains or finishes flat, the payout at maturity will be par plus 34.8%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to losses if the index falls by more than 30%.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
