Chicago, Nov. 21 – GS Finance Corp. priced $500,000 of 12.2% autocallable fixed-coupon notes due March 18, 2024 linked to the common stocks of Bank of America Corp., Costco Wholesale Corp. and Micron Technology, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus the coupon if the least-performing stock closes at or above its initial price on any monthly call observation date starting June 13, 2022.
If the notes are not subject to an automatic call, the payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below the 60% trigger price, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least-performing stock from its initial price.
