New Issue: GS Finance prices $2.37 million digital index-linked notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 7 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.37 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due Oct. 31, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 23.4%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the agent.
