Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 21 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.39 million of 0% jump securities due Oct. 17, 2024 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 24.5%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any decline.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
