New Issue: GS Finance sells $659,000 autocallable index-linked notes on Stoxx

Chicago, Oct. 3 – GS Finance Corp. priced $659,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Feb. 15, 2024 tied to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be called at $1,147 if the index closes at or above its initial level on Feb. 24, 2023.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the gain if the index finishes at or above its initial level.

If the index return is negative but not less than negative 15%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the index.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter with JPMorgan as the placement agent.
