New Issue: GS Finance prices $11.31 million digital notes on Russell 1000 Value

Los Angeles, Sept. 1 – GS Finance Corp. priced $11.31 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due Feb. 29, 2024 linked to the Russell 1000 Value index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount o f $1,120.50 per $1,000 principal amount.

If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% index decline beyond 15%.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the agent with JPMorgan as placement agent.
