New Issue: GS Finance prices $71 million autocallable index-linked notes linked to Nasdaq-100

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 30 – GS Finance Corp. priced $71 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due March 2, 2026 tied to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a 14% call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on Aug. 28, 2023.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the index return if the index finishes at or above its initial level.

If the index declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
