Chicago, Aug. 8 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due Jan. 14, 2028 linked to the Topix index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus the index return and par plus 58%.
If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to losses.
