New Issue: GS Finance prices $1 million buffered digital index-linked notes on Nasdaq-100

Chicago, June 27 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1 million of 0% buffered digital index-linked notes due Dec. 19, 2023 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes at or above 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 16.21%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
