Buffalo, N.Y., June 14 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.59 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due June 9, 2025 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus a 9.6% call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on May 31, 2024.
If the index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index gain.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
