Buffalo, N.Y., March 28 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.93 million of 0% leveraged buffered index-linked notes due April 14, 2023 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index return is positive, investors will receive par plus 200% of the index gain, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 14%.
If the index return is flat or falls by up to 10%, investors will receive par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
