New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $2.06 million PLUS notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 17 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.06 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 5, 2023 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus triple the return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 15.2%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the dealer.
