Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 21 – GS Finance Corp. priced $8.78 million of 0% trigger jump securities due Feb. 5, 2025 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will equal par of $10 plus the greater of the return and the fixed payment percentage of 32.4%.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is acting as dealer.
