New Issue: GS Finance sells $1.37 million buffered digital notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 13 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.37 million of 0% buffered digital securities due May 29, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,152 for each $1,000 of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
