New Issue: GS Finance prices $1 million digital index-linked notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 9 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due Nov. 6, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index finishes at or above its threshold level, 85% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 18.79%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
