Chicago, Sept. 21 – GS Finance Corp. priced $931,000 of 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed-percentage buffered downside due Jan. 8, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any gain in the index up to a maximum of par plus 20%.
If the index falls but not beyond 10%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
