New Issue: GS Finance sells $2.57 million index-linked notes on Nasdaq, Dow, Russell

Chicago, June 21 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.57 million of 0% index-linked notes due May 27, 2026 tied to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If each index closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.307 times the return of the lesser performing index.
If any index falls by up to 40%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the lesser performing index return.
If any index falls by more than 40%, investors will be exposed to any losses of the least-performing index.
