New Issue: GS Finance sells $807,000 buffered digital index-linked notes on S&P 500

Chicago, May 20 – GS Finance Corp. priced $807,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due April 30, 2026 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount, $1,247.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
If the final index level is less than the initial level by more than 15%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
