New Issue: GS Finance sells $514,000 autocallable index-linked notes on S&P, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, March 18 – GS Finance Corp. priced $514,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due March 4, 2024 tied to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annualized premium of 10.5% if each index closes at or above its initial level on Feb. 28, 2022 or Feb. 27, 2023.

If both indexes finish above their initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par plus 31.5%. The payout will be par if the lesser performing index falls by up to 35%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser performing index declines.
