New Issue: GS Finance sells $2.51 million index-linked notes on Dow, Nasdaq, S&P

Chicago, Jan. 8 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.51 million of 0% index-linked notes due Jan. 5, 2026 tied to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus 1.66 times the return of the least performing index.

If any index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.

If any index falls by more than 30%, the payout will be par plus the return of the least performing index with full exposure to the decline.
