Chicago, Dec. 30 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.71 million of 0% leveraged basket-linked notes due Jan. 26, 2022 linked to an unequally-weighted basket of 23 stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of Align Technology, Inc. (3.75% weight), Amgen Inc. (5% weight), Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. (5% weight), Cerner Corp. (4.28% weight), CVS Health Corp. (4.29% weight),), DexCom, Inc. (3.75% weight), Eli Lilly and Co. (5% weight), Exact Sciences Corp. (3.75% weight), HCA Healthcare, Inc. (4.29% weight), Humana Inc. (4.29% weight), Illumina, Inc. (3.75% weight), Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (3.75% weight), IQVIA Holdings Inc. (4.28% weight), Johnson & Johnson (5% weight), Medtronic Public Limited Co. (3.75% weight), Merck & Co., Inc. (5% weight), PPD, Inc. (4.28% weight), Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (5% weight), Stryker Corp. (3.75% weight), Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (3.75% weight), UnitedHealth Group Inc. (4.29% weight), Vertex Pharmaceuticals Inc. (5% weight) and Zoetis Inc. (5% weight).

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the basket return up to $1,198 for each $1,000 note.

If the basket declines, investors will be exposed to the losses of the basket.
