New Issue: GS Finance sells $755,000 index-linked autocallables on Dow, Nasdaq

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 13 – GS Finance Corp. priced $755,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Nov. 7, 2022 tied to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus an 11% premium if both indexes close at or above their initial levels on Nov. 1, 2021.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the return of the least performing index if each index finishes at or above its initial level. If any index falls but not by more than 15%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least performing index declines beyond 15%.
