Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 28 – GS Finance Corp. priced $437,000 of autocallable contingent coupon notes due Oct. 28, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
Each six months, the notes pay a contingent coupon at a rate of 7.4% per year if each index closes at or above 80% of its initial level on the observation date for that period.
The notes will be called at par plus the coupon if both indexes close above their initial levels on any observation date.
If the notes are not redeemed, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon unless any index finishes below 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will be exposed to the loss of the least performing index.
