Olympia, Wash., Aug. 26 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.64 million of autocallable contingent coupon notes due Dec. 2, 2021 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Each quarter, the notes pay a contingent coupon at an annual rate of 5.25% if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier, 55% of its initial level, on the observation date for that period.
The notes will be automatically called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly coupon determination date after six months.
If the notes are not called, the payout will be par if both indexes close above their 55% of their initial levels.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the losses of the worst performing index.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
