New Issue: GS Finance sells $30,000 autocallable index-linked notes on Russell, Nasdaq

Olympia, Wash., July 6 – GS Finance Corp. priced $30,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due July 2, 2025 tied to the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If both indexes close at or above their call levels on any annual observation date, the notes will be called at par plus 1.1 times the return of the lesser performing index. The call level for each index will be 102% of its initial level on the first call date, stepping up by 2% each year.

If the notes are not called and each index closes above its initial level, the payout will be par plus 1.1 times the return of the lesser performing index.

If either index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.

If either index falls by more than 25%, investors will be exposed to any losses of the lesser-performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
