New Issue: GS Finance sells $3.33 million digital notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, June 30 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.33 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due July 27, 2021 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index return is at least 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 6.14%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.
