Columbus, Ohio, May 13 – GS Finance Corp. priced $4.75 million of 0% jump securities with autocallable feature due May 16, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 9.75% if the index closes above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date after one year.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 29.25%.
If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
If the index finishes below its 70% downside threshold, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
