Columbus, Ohio, March 31 – GS Finance Corp. priced $4.32 million of 0% autocallable buffered index-linked notes due Sept. 23, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annualized call premium of 24.35% if the index closes at or above call index level on any quarterly observation date after six months.
The call level will be 95% of the initial level on the first call date and 90% of the initial level on the second.
If the notes are not called and the index return is at least equal to 80% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 36.525%. Investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% loss beyond 20%.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
