Olympia, Wash., March 6 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.52 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due March 2, 2022 tied to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus a 10.3% annualized premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual call observation date.
If the notes are not called and each index closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 20.6%.
If either index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
If either index falls by more than 20%, investors will be exposed to any losses of the least-performing index beyond the buffer.
