New Issue: GS Finance prices $11.14 million leveraged notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, March 4 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.14 million of 0% leveraged index-linked notes due April 28, 2021 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to the maximum settlement amount of $1,163.30 for each $1,000 note.
Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
