GS Finance to price allocation securities linked to index basket

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 25 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% allocation securities linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes, which will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., are expected to mature between February and August 2025.

The best performing index will be assigned a 100% weight in the basket, and the indexes with the lower returns will have no weightings.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any basket gain. Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter with UBS Financial Services Inc. as selling agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 26.

The Cusip number is 36259H393.
