Olympia, Wash., Feb. 24 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.29 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 19, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the index return, capped at $11.22 per PLUS.
If the final index level is less than the initial index level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is acting as a dealer.
