GSE Environmental assigned three-member unsecured creditor committee

New York, May 16 - GSE Environmental, Inc.'s U.S. Trustee, Roberta A. DeAngelis, assigned three members to an official committee of unsecured creditors for the company, according to a Friday notice with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Appointed to the committee were Ralph and Sonya Brown of Pittsburg; John Rocktoff of Formosa Plastic Corp. USA of Livingston, N.J.; and Lisa Carpenter of Total Petrochemicals & Refining USA, Inc. of Houston.

GSE, a Houston-based plastics company, filed bankruptcy on May 4 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-11126.
