New York, Feb. 2 – Banco Supervielle priced its inaugural international bond, selling $300 million equivalent of bonds denominated in Argentinean pesos, according to a news release.
The global bond had a 3.5-year tenor and pays interest at Badlar plus 450 basis points, with a floor of 18%.
Proceeds will be used for loan origination with longer tenors to individuals and small and medium-sized businesses.
Banco Supervielle is a subsidiary of Buenos Aires-based financial services group Grupo Supervielle SA.
