Moody’s affirms Grupo Posadas

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Grupo Posadas, SAB de CV's B2 corporate family and senior unsecured ratings on its 2022 notes.

The outlook is positive.

“Posadas' B2 rating balances the measures the company has recently taken to improve its capital structure and liquidity profile, with challenges envisioned ahead, mainly related with global economic deceleration and tightening conditions in the Mexican tourism sector,” Sandra Beltrán, lead analyst at Moody's, said in a news release.
