Moody's ups Group Minero notes to B1

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the ratings of Grupo Minero de Mexico guaranteed senior notes series A and B (Yankee bonds) to B1 from Ca.

Moody's upgraded Grupo Minero's $375 million series A guaranteed notes and $125 million series B guaranteed senior notes.

The upgrade follows Moody's recent assignment of a B1 global local currency issuer rating to Minera Mexico.
