Mexico's BBVA Bancomer plans to issue 10-year tier 1 notes in April

Atlanta, April 13 - Mexico's Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer SA plans to issue 10-year tier 1 notes this month, according to an informed market source.

Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs are the bookrunners for the deal, which is being marketed through a roadshow during the April 12 week.

BBVA Bancomer is a Mexico City-based lender.
