Mexico's Grupo Elektra taps three leads for dollar notes, roadshow

Atlanta, July 20 - Mexico's Grupo Elektra has mandated BCP Securities, Jefferies and UBS Investment Bank for a dollar-denominated offering of seven-year notes (expected rating: //BB-), a market source said.

A roadshow for the Regulation S-only offering will begin July 22.

The notes will be non-callable for four years.

Grupo Elektra is a financial and retail corporation based in Mexico City.
