Mexico’s Grupo Bimbo sets price talk on dollar hybrid securities to yield low- to mid-6%

New York, April 12 – Grupo Bimbo SAB de CV has set initial price talk on its offering of dollar-denominated hybrid securities at a yield of low- to mid-6%, a New York-based market source said on Thursday.

HSBC, BofA Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, Citigroup and Santander are bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Grupo Bimbo is a Mexico City-based bakery and food company.
