Colombia’s Grupo Aval considers issuance of senior notes

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 16 – Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores SA subsidiary Grupo Aval Ltd. is considering an issuance of senior notes in the international capital markets, according to a press release.

The company’s board of directors authorized Grupo Aval Acciones to guarantee the notes that may be issued by the subsidiary.

Grupo Aval is a banking group based in Bogota, Colombia.
