Antolin talks €390 million seven-year secured notes to yield 3½%-3¾%

Portland, Ore., June 15 – Grupo Antolin-Irausa, SA talked its €390 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes (B2/B) to yield 3½% to 3¾%, according to market sources.

Order books for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal were scheduled to close on Tuesday.

Physical bookrunner Deutsche Bank will bill and deliver.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

The Burgos, Spain-based auto parts supplier plans to take out €385.4 million of its 3¼% senior secured notes due 2024.
